I have a system design that I need completed to full ready manufacturing drawings. This project requires knowledge of sheet metal, piping assemblies, and fabrication methods and standards. Please see attached PDF of assembly layout. The items that need designed are as follows: Item 1 on PDF: Skid assembly for transfer pump Item 2 on PDF: Day tank assembly, sheet metal with feet Item 3 on PDF: Mix tank assembly, sheet metal with feet and top mixer and mount (not shown) Item 4 on PDF: Nothing required, except piping connection between output and Mix tank in assembly Item 5 on PDF: Nothing required Plus all connection piping in order to complete assembly between components. Additional details are available for system design and references upon award. Required Delivery: 1. Complete set of fabrication ready drawings 2. Complete Title Block specifications and examples to be provided upon award 3. Complete Bill of Materials and Parts lists 4. Interim design review for progress, corrections, and feedback (multiple rounds required) 5. Drawing files in either AutoCAD or AutoDesk Inventor format 6. 3D parts and assembly files in AutoDesk Inventor (or compatible format) 7. DXF files for all sheet metal parts and flat patterns for laser cutting (separate files) 8. Drawings to include all relevant manufacturing notes, dimensions, weldments, and finishes per industry standards I will accept either Fixed Price or Hourly Budget, but I will expect an hourly estimate to accompany and hourly bid. Jason, I have 5 years of experience designing with sheet metal (as well as other processes) and preparing manufacturing drawings. I use Solidworks to design and prepare manufacturing drawings, but this will not be a problem because the files can be easily exported to Autodesk (including the flat patterns). Good afternoon. As a Former Design Engineer for Placer Process Systems, and Currently a Mechanical Design Engineer for a Casino Gaming company in Las Vegas (SHFL Entertainment) ... I have the Engineering background you need for this Project. (Skid and Process System Integration) I have backed off the Paid subscription to Freelancer due to poor quality of leads.. I only bid on projects such as this---, hence the reduction of my portfolio to a simple expose of references. I can provide Further Drawings and packages upon inquiry. Most of my experience has been established working as a contractor for companies such as Coca Cola- Blue Diamond Almonds, Nestle, PepsiCo-- just to name a few. My bid is currently "provisional" based on the information provided.
