For this, you need a two Bluetooth hardware(I think this is easy to implement) step 1: both device initially connected (simplicity take one Bluetooth speaker and one mobile step 2: your alarm application only operated by the bathroom device. when the alarm is ringing you can not do anything with alarm.(you have to give display and alarm setting screen in the speaker) step 3: the speaker is in alarm device so you can set a song from other devices.
