Hi, I am an electrical engineer with experience of four years in embedded and power electronics industries. I have done following task on arduino: 1. Developed water chiller to measure a temperature from thermistor and operate solenoid valve, Motor and compressor. 2. Interfaced Wifi module 3. Design smart home automation and many more As you mentioned in project description that you want to control the temperature it mean there would be one temperature sensor like thermocouple, RTD or thermistor and their will be some instrumentation circuit with Arduino microcontroller. In code we supposed to run PID algorithm with best tuned parameter to get the accuracy. Do let me know if you have any queries/questions.
