ANDROID App Developer {EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Java, Android, GPS, PTN, Alerts, API}

* Grab geo-location (global positioning - GPS) from phone as well as phone number * Send this to an API that we will have created on our own server * This needs to be done at preset intervals (every 5, 15, 30, 60 minutes) * Receive data and display it in a user-friendly manner ***There will be almost no calculations, functions, etc... required for the iPhone. This is more of a layout and displaying of good information*** ## Deliverables We need a candidate that has STRONG knowledge in the following: * Android Applications development * Java, C, C++, Objective C * Global Positioning Use in mobile devices * Alerting in mobile devices We have yet to set a price for this developer. If at all possible, we would like to hire someone on that would like to stay on (for more payment later on) for some bug fixes, maintenance. I also wish to hire an individual programmer, not a team of programmers. You must also speak fluent English. Please when bidding, tell me what time zone you are in as well. Bids without this information will be rejected as it will be clear you did not read this description of what I need. I must retain full rights to this application after payment. You must have at least 2 years experience in creating Mobile Applications AND Geo-Location on the mobile platforms, and must have examples and feedback that I can clearly see.
