Android Point of Sale Application

I need an application that will run on both an Android Phone (motorola titanium, droid x, galaxy tab, xoom, etc) and will connect to a Citizen CMP-30BT bluetooth printer with card swipe. The application will need to connect to a website and download XML files (you will define the XML files) that will specify Users, Products, Discounts, Customer Accounts, Voids and then also upload transaction data and card processing. The features are to include: 1. Print ticket when car arrives with barcode, ask for license, vehicle info, and customer profile. 2. Scan barcode using the phone camera to determine the amount of time used, be able to charge for time based on rate table. Also search for car by customer or license plate. At this point pay via card or cash. Should also allow a ticket to be sold to a pre-paid customer account. 3. Quick sale with ticket printed, via cash or card, ability to take customer and vehicle and license info. Should also allow a ticket to be sold to a pre-paid customer account. 4. Void tickets 5. Refund tickets 6. Close out report 7. Employee Clock-in / Clock-out 8. Violation Ticket - Be able to enter a license plate number, vehicle number, notes, and ticket dollar amount (should be defined in XML file on website downloaded), and take photos of the license plate (for license plate recognition) and of the vehicle and print a citation with a barcode and photo on the ticket. After the license plate is entered it should lookup on the server and at the top say how many citations that license plate has, and if you touch on that it should show all of the citations that you have. 9. Current Paid - Should be a simple XML list by Zone showing all space numbers paid for any by who and expiration time. 10. Current Violation - Same as above just showing the spaces not paid for 9 and 10 should be shown as a list and on a map using googe coordinates, but to begin just show the list until we get everything else done. I will work with you on developing the screenshots and the look and feel, but I want it to look very professional, be easy to use out in the field, and be very fast and reliable.
