Data extraction from Market Data websites

I basically need to create a database with data extracted from financial market data webpages(for example Yahoo! Finance, [login to view URL] etc...). Once database is populated with specific data, we need a functionality to be able to upload a file containing specific fields which will be used to reference and match the database. Once matched, there will be an output file in a specific format available for download. This functionality should be a web-based solution. There needs to be a login procedure, an online web interface to lookup data in the database and functionality to upload and download files containing data from database. ## Deliverables I need to extract data available on the web and feed this to a database. Database will be populated with various financial market data from financial websites. There needs to be a functionality to upload a file with specific fields which will run extractor functionality against website and extract specific data available from it and feed into database. Another functionality where a different file upload matches specific field from the file with data from the database results in an output file with data matched/referenced from the database. This should be a web based solution so a web interface is necessary. Thank you.
