Business Analysis of a new eCommerce startup

Hello, We are looking for someone who can model, coordinate and revise our business model concept. We are about to set up our Internet based service providing advertising solutions. Classic eCommerce with all work done virtually, oficially based in the UK, but providing the service to 7 European countries, strarting first in the UK. More information will be provided after accepting the project. We have come up with how the service will work, and we are developing the software. There are however some details that we want to be elaborated by independent contractor with critic look, experiance, skills and at an competitive rate. What we want you to do is: 1. Evaluate the business model and indicate main weak and strong points. Suggest changes that will improve the organization of the service. 2. Make some market research of advertising industry (main information regarding the prices). 3. Prepare pricing strategy. 4. Possibily prepare financial analysis for external funding purposes. 5. Coordinate Terms and Conditions of use. 6. Come up with some ideas for information campaign and evaluate the strategy that we consider now. In response to this offer please indicate: 1. The time you would need to acomplish it. 2. The price. 3. Are you interesed only in this project or also with further task management (mainly CRM, customer support and service coordination) For those who are interested in further collaboration (point 3) we would be happy to prepare an offer in which you are paid per hour or as participation in profits.
