This is to produce a 3D design for a 4 story building with realistic videos and photos suitable for presentation and website design. The building has 6 apartments 5 of which are identical with 2 bedrooms, one 4 bedrooms and 4 rooms at the rooftop. There is already a Revit file for the whole building but it requires minor modifications to the roof top to show the 4 rooms, the yard, the surrounding fence and gate. I will like to have contemporary interior and exterior design for the whole building using Lumion3D with 2 or 3 options for the 5 apartments. The exterior design should include lighting, CCTV, a small paddling pool for children and a security office near the gate just to name a few. I have got videos of previous design which could be supplied on request. Modification will be required on existing 2D Autocad files to suit the final design.

Hello sir i have read the brief and i can provide you quality 3d visuals of the apartment building.i am an architect by profession and i can do the changes that you require in the rooftop. i will design the elevation in contemporary style and the interior of the apartments .All i need will be some reference images that you can take from google so i can read up your mind and know what kind of design you are looking for. i will need the Revit file so we can fasten up the work .and further more i will add the cctv,lighting and the pool. i will render the still images with 3dsmax as it has much more better results than lumion .but for video i will use lumion 3d.
