The Web service would be SOAP based ( if SOAP not possible then REST). What I am looking for is to update the contacts in Public folder in Exchange from my SQL Server database. I would pass the unique contact id to the Exchange Server which will determine if the contact is new or existing one. If the unique id exist then update certain columns in the contacts record e.g. e-mail address, name. If the ID does not exist then create the contact record with unique id, name etc.... The unique id is the common criteria between two system, Exchange and SQL data base. We can supply a list of additional contact record fields as needed. Would you please provide me the cost and time line of delivery.

I have written SQL code which directly calls webservices and gets the data within SQL. This I did for getting latitude and longitude of addresses using certain webservices. I think I should be able to do it. Also I am in same timezone as you, so that should help as well.
