I have 8+ years experience in IT organization as Team Lead in reputed MNC company. Job duties: involve in major development and management activities. interact with team members and understand the individually and motivates the team to get the results in which area there in familiar, and try to resolve the problems and reach my & company commitments. prepare management documents including correspondence, reports, proposals. involve in project life cycle. Preparing agendas for meetings and prepare schedules. Communicating with clients and onsite resources around 1-3 calls per day. once completed the meeting with clients, we will distribute minutes of meetings to team members and clients who are active in project. Communicating verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information to the clients.
