We are looking for a call center team (location is not important) for a specific project to up-sell current customers when they call in. Must speak English fluently, and experience in health products is a plus. This is a strictly commission based project, ideal for current call centers to add to their income streams. There is no cold-calling involved, these are easy sales on incoming calls (pre-qualified), with healthy commissions (25%, $133 average sale). We have a full staff of sales reps and the complete infrastructure to make calls to the US during business hours. we know how to sell and manage our team to get results. Call reporting and recordings of all calls is not an issue. our third party system (five9) provides us redundancy and back up of all of our calls inbound and outbound campaigns.
