I can raise 500K to 2M per month offline for any business as long as it's attractive to investors, and the owners are responsive, good payers, honest and friendly. I did crowdfunder myself, received a lot of leads, but no one actually investing on the crowdfunding site. It was a big waste of money aside from the leads. Crowdfunder showed over 5M in online commitments within 6 months. 10% is a good commission, just cover my travel and business expenses and pay me $25/hour until my commission exceeds the hourly. I'm ok with the hourly being a draw against future commissions. I will relocate to where your business is until the job is done. All funds will be given to you directly. I won't take the project if I don't think I will be able to give you what you want. The initial consultation is free. Usually takes about 3-4 months to get traction, after that the amount of capital coming in per month will greatly increase. I can raise a million each year under the crowdfunding exemption or more under other exemptions.
