Build me a Twitter following

For a client we are looking for a community manger, that manages the clients social media profiles on a daily basis. Experience with community building in: Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, GooglePlus and Linkedin Besides being well averse in Social Media communication, the community manager should have a background in journalism (preferably online) with a special interest forT Tech-trends, Social Media, Online PR, Blogger-Relations, Freelancing and Digitalization as the content to be communicated via Social Media is based on those topics. Task: 1st Step (trial phase): Create a Social Media strategy (storyline) 1. Create a social media strategy that helps to reach the following goals: a. reach and engage the target group b. create buzz and awareness in the web for the project and its content c. create followers d. direct the traffic via social media profiles to the website e. position the project as the knowledge tool for all topics surrounding economic effects of globalization 2. Create a weekly editorial/ content-plan that needs to be approved by So-Me Consulting before put into action. 3. Manage Twitter-Account of the project on a daily basis (working days): 4.
