Ads And Affiliate Campaign

I'm looking for someone that's knowledgeable to manage an ad and affiliate campaign for my site. Any form of paid advertisement must be cost effective and results must be combined with organic forms of generating traffic. I don't want to depend only on paid advertisement methods. Organic forms of marketing must be included. To Summarize: 1. Must be knowledgable and experience with various types of ads, such as, chitika, infolinks, clickbank, etc. Must be able to place ads for best results. 2. Must be able to utilize social media as a marketing tool to generate traffic. 3. Familarity with various organic forms of marketing, social networking, ppc, cpc, etc, is what I want. 4. The primary preference for marketing is "Organic Traffic." Paid forms of marketing will be considered, if they are cost effective. I'm not willing to spend money on an ad campaign with poor or fair results. Paid advertisement must be tested first and then provide good results. Timeframe: This is an on-going project to manage a marketing plan. You may give a time when I can expect results. Milestones (Please Read This Carefully) The milestone payment should be 20% of your bid to begin the project. Afterward I will create a 30% milestone payment, which will then be release upon satisfaction with results. Afterward the remaining balance will be paid upon satisfaction with the project. Please present a proposal and plan for a cost effective ad campaign, where results can be achieved. I'm looking for a month to month business plan for my site that show good results.
