Add phonegap to gwtp project

I am looking at hiring a reliable skilled person for a few projects. The project is developed in gwt, gxt, gwtp and uses phonegap connects to the server via rest. I have created a small sample app (source code is included): #1 is how it should look like with a mobile device, and #2 is what it should look like with a desktop device.
