I am software professional with more than 16 years of experience in software development using C++ and C#. I have experience in both Windows and Unix platforms. I have extensive experience in resolving issues and debugging. I have worked for some of the world leaders in software industry. I am fluent in English and talk to US and Europe counterparts almost everyday. I have worked onsite with UK based at Oxford, UK for about an year and understand the work culture. My core technical skills are in C#, C++, OOAD, SOA Architecture and Web Services on both Linux and Windows. In my last project I worked on Server Virtualization using Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWare ESX. I practiced Agile/Scrum methodology for the past 8 years and has worked as a ScrumMaster. I have used CVS, SVN ans GIT as source control in my previous projects. Since the project will be executed with distributed developers, it is essential that the tasks are made very clear and without any ambiguity or open ended. I propose to set a set of ground rule for everybody so that there is no confusion while the project gains pace. Also it would be very important to have the stories detailed and the acceptance criteria very well defined to avoid confusion. We can have a separate discussion on other project management details and implementation structure for success of the project.

Hi, I will add here a short description of myself. I have about 10 years of experience in software development. During this time I was involved in different outsourcing projects for companies like Windriver (as suplier for Genivi), Elektrobit, Wachendorff and lately Continental. Most of the projects I worked on were destined to the automotive market. In this types of projects the software packages that we delivered needed to be top quality. Also working with these companies helped me get in touch with different management methodologies and internal procedures. One such methodology was Scrum. One example where we used Scrum is at Elektrobit where we applied LEAN with Agile. The training was performed by Porsche Consulting. I also had projects where I did the complete system architecture and also took active part(coding) in the development. One such project is CoMoSeF that is still under development. My job here was to design the car communication module along with all the software components that supported it. I managed a team of 4 developers during this project.
