create .NET TWAIN application to control digital imaging sensor

I have developed web camera and scanner handling apps using TWAIN controls and WIN32 Api's. I can do that using some research for 64 bit also. My bid time period is just because of research contingency plan.

Hi, This is Janos from Hungary. I'd like to help you on this. The requirements posted in the bid request are fairly high-level, my understanding of them is that the sensor does not yet have a compatible library (.net assembly)/driver and we'd need to use the SDK supplied with it (what language(s) is it available in?) to interface with it and obtain images from it. This is OK, although please expect some effort will be required on your end so I can connect to your PC that it is connected to and test it/via TeamViewer or other screen-sharing application (as I understand I won't have a device to test with). Alternatively you may want to post the device to Hungary, if this is feasible, and have it returned upon completion. I suppose there are other aspects too to this and not only being able to receive images, please can you elaborate on what else is involved. Also it may be best to discuss this via chat/skype.
