To build this ANPR software the skills which are required are in our genes, we are a team of 16 professionals having more than 6+ years of work experience in several technologies including php, JAVA, .NET, Paython etc. Like you have mention in this post that you will require Website and APPs for this application as well but not now for priority basis, I have some good idea for them as well. For real time tracking once the camera capture an image and with the help of optical character reorganization we would be able to fetch the data later on by using API of ANPR we can get the result on screen of Application, mobile apps and website. The initial image capture forms a critically important part of the ANPR system which, in accordance to the garbage in garbage out principle of computing, will often determine the overall performance, so from my first question arise what hardware are you going to use? Similarly we have worked on optical character reorganization to bypass the captcha from a website and also we have worked on big projects such as home security using mobile apps, drone control using apps and etc so we are fully confident and excited about this job after reading the description.
