Access Database for Ministry

Promise Ministries International is a Michigan based, Christian non-profit Bible college level ministry to American prisoners supported by the tithes and offerings of those who believe in what we are doing. We need an easy to use, easy to edit Access Data base to keep track of donors, donations, and inventory we offer as thank you gifts (consisting of hundreds of book entries). We need this info to be easily merged into MS Word documents without a lot of query codes. **Overview of Operations:** Our students provide us with names and address of friends and relatives that we contact to help us with student tuition. We then send them 4 or more different fundraising letters (in a series). Each letter we send has the prisoner's name and a FREE book offer with each donation which we track with when sent.
