Arduino / web / Android developer

We're developing some machineries that require a software control system based (for this initial step) on the Arduino platform. We can and we do write code as well but we do not have enough time to do anything by ourselves in the short time remaining to achieve the final step of our project, so we need to increase out productivity on this phase. We're looking for an expert software designer, able to write code or in C++ or Java or natively in Arduino Code. Also we need to develop an Android interface as a control monitor. The programmer will be in touch with our developers to define and refine the final work. The pourpose is to control a bunch of sensors, actuators, valves, engines, pumps, fans and so on, through a piece of software by a touch screen locally or remotely by web browser and/or via Smartphone / Tablet. By the remote monitoring we need to control all the parameters and being able to do the same as in local conditions, through a synoptical vision (by an animated background picture of the machinery) with all the components levels values states visible and controllable by button clicks.
