Auto post feed - final specs 1-26-2016

I need you to develop some software for me. I need an extension to embed in my website. This extension should receive hourly feeds from google trends (for anything related to Hispanics / Latinos / breaking news in America) - the data from Google trends will be downloaded to spreadsheets stored in my computer and or cloud and then run through a sequence of filters (personal algorithms) stored in the spreadsheets then auto adjust my Adwords campaign with latest trends. Additionally this extension will look for public news videos / social media posts, select top 50 -100 that correlate to the results from running the filters and feed them directly into my website showing those posts and then auto post new material to my social media accounts I.e Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram,etc. The feed in my website should be be dynamic and able to adjust to cover the whole or half page with up to 50-100 different posts.
