Build an FTP site located in Amazon S3

Hello, I can create system running on AWS which will consist of EC2 instance running of FTP-server, which will automatically syncronize with S3 storage. Feel free to ask your questions

Can create an FTP server that checks for new files every minute, then uploads them to S3 and deletes them from the server. That way anything uploaded to that server will upload to S3

I would be able to do this today, rather quickly. would requiring a linux box running on amazon's services, a few quick script configurations and creating an S3 storage bucket.
