Build a exe file to load init.lua to esp8266 -- 2

I want a exe file on windows to upload [login to view URL] to the ESP8266 wifi [login to view URL] iwll be compatible to Windows XP to windows 10. This software should first identfiy the serial to usb chip in the ESP8266 (nodemcu development kit) and then upload one of the tow drivers and then autoslect the com port to which the which the ESP8266 is connected. It should then connect to ESP8266 and then it should ask for the username and password of the Wifi to which the user is connected to. Then it will modify the standard [login to view URL] provided by us. Then it should upload the [login to view URL] to esp8266 development board and ask for restart. The software should be bugfree and the source code should be provided as well as the compiled exe file.
