we have developed a pharmaceutical project which basically a CRM, that mainly deals with leads and opportunities. had implemented triggers for flow of business requirement. batch apex for generated leads form web. queues for assigning leads to business development manager's team. integrated with joho crm to map the existing contact details, and to calculate the lead score we used to integrate third party application.

It will require sales cloud license, which will handle Lead, Account, contact and opportunity. Will also require new fields as per company requirements. Can go with Web to Lead functionality of Salesforce for lead capturing or can see alternatives. For integration either can go with ETL tool, webswervices or appExchange product. Please share complete requirement so that I can provide proper estimation
