Hello Freelancers!
I am looking for someone to help me up to 4 hours per week Mon-Wed between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm central time with sales calls. I own a recycling pick-up service and need a professional sales caller to sell our services to small and medium sized businesses. The leads are stored in a web-based CRM site and all correspondence and records need to be entered into the website after each call in addition to a weekly report sent to me via email. A confidentiality agreement MUST be signed by both parties and prior to contacting the leads, I'd like to have an initial phone meeting followed by a mock-call which will count for 1 hour in the first week. Freelancer must study our materials and website on their own time so they are extremely knowledgeable about our services before beginning. Also, on the first call day, I will need to listen in on the first couple of calls. Lastly and most importantly, the salesperson I hire MUST either currently recycle (at home or work), recycled in the past but can't due to current living situation or has never had the opportunity to recycle (except for traveling) but is a big supporter of recycling! In regards to recycling I can tell you that I am a stout supporter of recycling and reclaiming efforts yet in my experience I have only been able to recycle office paper.

I just read over your job posting and wanted to place my bid.
It sounds like you have a very cool business and would be a great person to work with.
As far as your requirements go, I meet all of them, including the recycling one.
And If I might add, the latest data shows that the best time to cold call a business is between 4:00-5:00 pm with 8:00-9:00 am being the next best time. I see you want to start calling at 9:30 but you may want to consider starting a little earlier.
