I was formerly employed with a reputable BPO company, or what is called a call center, for 5 years and 6 months, with responsibilities both in the back office and voice support. I worked data entry and quality check of customer records and accounts, and direct customer interface doing trouble-shooting. I am a very good listener, I put a great deal of attention to details and accuracy, and I am a fairly fast typist. I also have previous experience with transcription as I transcribed videos, webinars and audio files into Word documents and also proof-read and corrected subtitles.
