Hi.. I've been working in customer service representative related organizations for the past 6 years. I've a wealth of experience as a escallations handler, quality coach and a voice and accent trainer in the american accents. I've also managed teams of around 40 members for customer service excellence. I've worked with AT&T for about 3 years in this as a trainer, customer service representativre, Tier 3 technician, sales and billing coach and trainer. I've done voice and accent training for multiple candidates that were hired for this company. I have an excellent command in English. I'm very fast at typing with over 89 words per minute with 96% accuracy. I've great knowledge in computers and can work with Excel, Word, Powerpoint and others. I've done many data entry freelancing projects too.
