I am looking for someone who can take calls and do customer support part-time. The work will be about 6 hours / day. There is no work on weekends / US holidays. The pay would be about $800 / month to start with. I am looking for someone in the US who can work in the US time (8 AM EST to 5 PM EST) and someone who can understand clinical Practice Management system. So this is not hi-fi technology. We can provide training on the clinical Practice Management System to get that person started. At the end of the day, the person needs to create notes of the phone calls and pass them back to us.

Hi We are a call center and have experience of working with clinical Practice Management system. We have worked with the doctors for phone support on software called Office Ally. We have handled calls coming in for appointments, medical billing, patients collection and general support. We are available 24/7 and can follow any hours or time zone. I have been a customer service agent for about 8 years. I am trained in the British, American and Austrian Accents so a Native American’s accent is easy. Besides, I have experience in various processes both technical and non-technical. In terms of technical experience, it is Tier 3 ATT ConnecTech support. This is a level of support nobody in technical backgrounds provides these days. Besides that, notably I have also worked with sales processes. In both of these ATT processes, I have been a process trainer and a voice and accent trainer. With the best agent and trainer awards, I have also gone through two different training certification programs, which means I'm the best at what I do - Customer Service!!
