Application develloping for transportation and car logistics

I'm trying to hire someone, or even a team that can develope two different applications, for two different business. This two companies belongs to the same group and work in partnership. One of this companies is in charge of transportation of italian an japanese cars by truck, from the boat to a parkng place. The other company owns this parking place. Usually they have more than 6000 cars, and treat them until they are deliver to the resellers. Again, the first company transports those cars to his final destination. Since the cars are parked until they leave this parking place, they are cleaned, and mantained, specially if they present any kind of damage. The main goal of the application is to manage all the logistic and financial aspects of the transportation business. Even this application can inform online the local car representative, when cars are deliver(day of deliver) to the resseler. The other company should manage al the logistic aspects of parking and mantaining the cars. At the end, as the two companies are owned by the same enterprise group, the two application should syncronyze and exchange comn information. This is the main scenario.
