Basic drawing component for vb.net app

I need a basic drawing component for a vb.net app. Should be possible to draw lines, circles and freehand. Here's the kicker: It must be possible to type text into the image, this text should also be editable and movable after it has been placed in the picture, also if a previously saved image is loaded. A suggestion is to save the image as a PNG/BMP/JPG and then a simple textfile specifying the text components position, size and actual text. The line tool should append a new line when left-clicking and end the line when right-clicking. Preferably all code should be contained in one form and no non-standard components used.
