c# or vb.net event scheduler

What I need: I am looking for someone to write an event scheduler program for multiple users with individual calendars that can be shown or hidden (similar to outlook). It will also have a contacts section. There will be no mail functionality, at least initially. Also I need it to download podcasts from a certain website. It will need to be localized for multiple languages (I can provide translation services) and allow information to be updated monthly. I would like to be able to print certain forms based on user information that they input. Eventually I will want to add a budget planner to the app. I will also want mobile versions written for the iPhone, Android and Windows Phone 7. What I already have: I have started the application as a windows form app, but am new to programming and have decided that wpf allows for a more detailed / cleaner customization. I can provide the executable for the program I have written, but would rather not provide the code as I am sure that it is poorly written and I believe a fresh approach would be best. Also, I have the design drawn out and can provide that as a reference. Other information: In terms of style, I would like it to look similar to windows live calendar which has a very clean look. It needs to be very simple and easy to use. Specific expertise that I am seeking: I am looking for someone with experience in c# or vb.net (preferably vb.net) to write a WPF application. It needs to connect to a database that will receive updates remotely as well as information the user adds. Experience with iPhone, Android and Windows Phone 7 would be an added plus. Timeframe for delivery: I would like to have this available within 45 - 90 days (minus the mobile apps and budget planner).
