Create VB6 code to print customer receipts on Epson receipt 3 inch wide paper printers.(repost)

PLEASE NOTE: This project is very small and requires only about 10-15 lines of code. It is only to prove you know what you are doing before accepting you for the full future project. The sample receipt is shown in this project description. Therefore your bid should on this small project and not on the future entire project. Also, in your answer let me know if you have an Epson printer. I design restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems in visual basic 6 (VB6). Part of my software includes printing kitchen orders and customer receipts on STAR receipt printers using star drivers. This project is to convert the present software to be used with Epson printers such as the t88. The other purpose is to find the person who is qualified to do this specialized work. This project is only a short test to find the right coder for coding the kitchen and bar receipts, the customer checks and a variety of other reports printed in the receipt printers.
