Betting API in (ideally) vb.net

I've developed in both VB.net and C# for over 10 years now, and have specialised in interoperability-based services, web applications and communications with third party APIs, directly or using TCP/IP, web services with SOAP and RESTful protocols. All my code is compliant with Microsofts style and design guidelines, Stylecopped and fully xcommented throughout, so will be in a good state for you to pick up and carry on with. I'm also UK based so no risk of anything getting lost in translation! I've taken a stab as a quote for this bid, but if possible if I could get a look at the API documentation and be sure I understand exactly what you're after (e.g. you mentioned database, do you already have a DB provider and a database structure planned out?). i might not have the best bid price, however quality has its price. Grant me the project, make a 50% milestone and dont release it until you get your demo. However i have couple of questions: Which type of DB? Can i check the API? Do you want the app source code/copyrights?
