Hello Im Sourish, I'm an asterisk, vicidial and linux expert. I have installed more than 50 vicidial servers in last 3 years. I run a company which provides hosted asterisk and vicidial services globally. I can do this for you within 3-4 days. I would be creating few buttons on the right side panel of your vicidial and you can press those during live call to play some pre-recorded message to the caller. This would be a custom asterisk and vicidial coding and i consider you budget a little low for this.
