CEO Optimizing (Mvikram if available, but offers accepted)

We are about to start the promotion of our new website but we are not the SEO experts at all. We do know of some good Freelancer being able to wrap this one up for about USD 100. We got recommended Mvikram but if he is occupied, we would also accept other offers with good SEO feedback. Our domains (two domains) which point to one site with different homes, need to improve in ranking and ranking higher or at least in the same region as a competitor, which is obviously using a similar name. The business is consultance, the meta names are not common names so should not be hard to promote. The site is a Typo3 site and has a marketing module installed for MetaData etc. So we require keywords and the know-how of a CEO export to rank in the top 10 in all major search engines. You are the expert, I won't bombard you with technical requirements, bore you with comments like 90% of the links must be on different IP classes and permanent links or so.. not going to explaine the doctor how to help the patient. Just no links to porn/adult etc.. For the rest.. any type of promotion goes.. as long as results are there.
