Bulk Emailing Project

Hello: I am wondering if somebody can create and install an e-mail blast script. I need this script because I want to promote my website by e-mail but I don't want to be categorised as a spammer and loose my ISP. The script need to have the following features: 1) Easily import email lists and automatically flag all of the duplicates and invalid email addresses. It also permanently flags unsubscribes so never have to worry about accidentally adding them back to the list. 2) Arrange contacts into separate groups enabling to easily segment the list for mailings. even allows the contacts to be members of more than one group at a time. 3) Customize the contact list by adding in as much or as little information as like, including first name, last name, address, city, state, zip, phone, fax and several custom fields. 4) Add in a plain text version of the email message automatically sense when the recipient's software cannot interpret HTML and deliver the plain text version instead. 5) Be able to send thousands of Messages in Seconds, send a test message to myself to review exactly how the message will appear. Rapidly deliver thousands of messages per second over multiple OC12 connections to the Internet, any time of day, any day of the week. 6) Target the audience by selecting the group or groups of contacts I would like to send to. 7) See Immediate Results, watch the graphs move as recipients open messages and click on links. Click past the numbers to see detailed reports on exactly who has opened a message, clicked on a link, bounced back or unsubscribed. Details include all of the data I have provided with your contacts which can include name, phone number, and email address. 8) Automatic Bounce Handling. Invalid email address, full mailbox, or other reason. These bounces need to be automatically recorded in the reports so that I am able to remove or correct bad email addresses without being flooded with any error message emails. 9) Automatic Unsubscribe Handling. Every message I send need to be embedded with a link that the recipients can click to instantly unsubscribe themselves. This means I will not have to contend with requests to "remove me from your list" and then manually find the address and remove them. Please do not bid if you can't create a script like this or if you have a software that can deliver emails to the inbox and not to the spam section you are welcome to provide a demo of your software also I don't want an e-mail service company, I want to be able to send the email by my self.
