CRM Application User Interface and Experience Design

Need to skilled UI designer intimately familiar with designing effective user experiences for CRM applications. Looking for someone to take existing functionality in a CRM application and build a terrific user experience and look and feel to the application. Will work directly with the development team on this high impact short turnaround project. This CRM application is for use internally for our client. Some of the functionality we like is currently used within Zoho CRM. The application is build in .Net and we need a designer to provide us user interface elements (buttons, fields, colors and layout) which we will then code into the site. Attached are examples of screens that we need a great look and feel for.
