Create PSD for 2 new Web pages

I have 2 web pages that I need designed and I will need the PSD for. I have attached 2 image mock ups that I have done that shows what I am looking for. This is just copy and paste images to give you an example of what I am after. The color scheme at the top that you see is green right now, we would like this to be a different color (we are thinking blue) yet are open to your creative ideas. The light blue that is on the social stream page will need to be the same color that we decide to use at the top (where it is green now). We have this set for a fixed price of $50 total for the completed job. That would be $25 for each page.
