Custom ProductCart Template

I need someone to help develop a site utilizing [login to view URL] ProductCart. The program is already loaded to the server. It will be a site which sells jewelry and handbags at wholesale and retail. The following is what the contract will consist of: 1. Basic logo and header design. 2. Customized Product Cart template (including customization of the main page, shopping cart, and impomenting some pre-coded ProductCart add-on's; the goal is to achieve a professional look that is easy to use. 3. Search engine optimization tweaks 4. Setup the site on our existing server. I will take care of inserting all the products into the catalog as well as various other tasks
