Design Book Cover for Kindle and other ebook readers

We need to create an ebook cover image for our ebook. The image font size and dimension requirements are whatever is required for Amazon Kindle. So you should be experienced in this and so I am going to repeat them here. The image should be in color but must be readable on grayscale as well. Content matter should be as follows: 1. Book title is "OCA Java SE 7 Programmer I - Practice Exams" 2. FYI, The book is basically practice exams for Oracle Java Certification. So we need to create a theme for the covers. For example, OReilly books have Animals on the cover, Manning has has Dress etc. The book cover should be simple, yet attractive, and convey information clearly. If you are experienced, you know what is required of an ebook cover (I don't). We will pay right money for the right quality. Please let us know if you need any other information.
