Design of graphic items for small website

I am constructing a website focused on a financial newsletter and need some design for the website, my PDF reports and the email newsletter. It is important that it is unique and custom made to fit my business. When the design is finished I have the copyright of the designed items, but you may use it as a reference on your website. I would like the following designed: - A header (should be possible to use both for my website, in the newsletter email and in PDF files, maybe with some adjustments to suit the format) - A footer graphic for website, newsletter and PDF files - A background picture for the website - A simple check mark for the sales page - A subscribe now button for the sales page (similar look to header) I expect it to be a dialog between us on how it should be designed, but I expect you to come up with the creative ideas based on my input.
