Building a contact management app

Starting from scratch. I'm looking to develop a contact management app for a very specific industry, which will be covered later. I'm looking for someone who can design well for web and apps, works well with online databases, and can program apps and for web. This will for sure be needed on Android, but hopefully as a website and other app operating systems as well. My dream is to have this be a Chrome App as well. - Contact management system where you can run a list of people to contact. List should be based on different categories, such as... prior customers... people who haven't been contacted since _____, people who were sent "June 1st Bulk Mailer" (or something), people who were not home when contacted before, people who said to follow-up, people who were customers of another company (we have records to be used, available in Excel format, so I also need the ability to bulk upload contacts). - Needs to be available as a lite (with ads) version and a paid version. - Database needs the ability to run reports. Reports would likely consist of customers since ____ date, $ spent/given, and total amount given since ____ date. Then gives each person, necessary information, how much each purchase/contribution was, and total since ____ date. - No "purchase" will ever have to tell what they purchased, just that money came in. - Database needs an "overview" homepage which shows amount of money brought in since ____ date, which will change every three months. - When running the list of people to contact, the "contact" page of specific individuals must be clean and show all of that information mentioned above: o Basic information about the person o A category about the person's personal life (wife's name, kid's name, notes section for each, etc...) o A contact history section (ie. Type: Phone | Result: Contacted | Notes: Said to call back after their vacation. | Follow-up: (calendar) 6/19/2012 [you will then be reminded to follow-up on that date when you log in]) o A customer history section (ie. 4/12/2012 | Amount: $300 | Payment: Check | Recurring: No) o A global customer history section (which is available, but will have to be imported via Excel sheets) > The customer history sections will also show Quarter totals, as well as Lifetime totals for each person) o Must also have the ability to update the contact page, almost like you can update Gmail contacts (ie. "Add" buttons in each section) - System must have the ability to sign up new individuals and link multiple accounts to a single company/organization. Perhaps using a Google sign in? Design: I have concepts for design, but need a designer to bring them to life. This sounds like a big project, so putting it onto other operating systems and whatnot may happen in phases, but we can decide which phases can happen first and what we can do moving forward. Definitely looking for someone to return to.
