CS-Cart Data Import Feed

I need two php scripts created for CS-Cart (multivendor) that I will setup a cron for. The first script will check to see if the "[login to view URL]" file exists and then import products into the CS-Cart database (reference the attached [login to view URL]). If the product is already in the database (based on upc) then nothing happens but if it does not exist then it will insert the product in the database with the following fields: Name: (NAME from xls) Vendor: 2 Categories: 12 Price: (SUGGRETAIL from xls) Full Description: (LONGDESC from xls) Status: (approviate value based on ACTIVE from xls) Image: (LARGEPNG from xls) imported from remote url to server and appropriate thumbnails generated Code: (ITEMNO from xls) Will need to prepend the word oddity and used List Price (SUGGRETAIL from xls) In Stock Zero Price Action: Do not allow customers to add the product to cart Inventory: Track without options Minimum order quantity: 0 Maximum order quantity: 0 Quantity step: 0 List quantity count: 0 Taxes: 8 Page Title: (NAME from xls) Mega Description: (SHORTDESC from xls) User Group: All Creation Date: Current Date Short Description: (SHORTDESC from xls) UPC is a product feature with id of 27: (UPC from xls) Once the file runs...the file (which will have the same name everyday) will need to be put in a subfolder and named by the date. The "[login to view URL]" will update the inventory of the product. If the product Uses the (ITEMNO from csv with the word oddity prepended) to search the existing products and updates the quantity (AVAIL from xls). I have about 30 more import feeds that are ready to be created like this so there is a potential for more work ASAP. Please provide cost estimate and timeframe and your experience with CS-Cart.
