I am looking for a call center/customer support team for my marketing, advertising, and business services website. We are providing web design, app design, consulting, and many other services to people in the United States horticultural industry. The website is www.thenurserymarket.com. Visit the site to get an idea of what we do. The customers you will be dealing with will be landscapers, garden centers, and wholesale tree-farmers so I need people who can put things into simple, understandable English. The people who will be assisted will have very little or no computer experience. The support team must speak perfect English and be able to assist with technical support and customer service via web, e-mail, and telephone.
