Create drupal work task management platform

Hello Freelancer, We want to create a new professional website. Please read carefully the attached pdf. Our specification sheet will try to give you its best shot at what is expected. This should be an average of what the hole project should be, a kind of overview. If you are rewarded with the project, you should then receive the full total script for the construction of the website, where we will get in closer detail of the project. If described in a few sentences, a few key elements would be: - User-Accounts for registration including abonnement payments. - Scoring system: User-points for specific tasks, a level system as in a game. For example, in a Game where the player gets experience for completing tasks/quests. - Graphics visuals, light design and a few dynamic effects. - A network system with messaging and notifications. - An algorithm For the more specific detailed list of our needs, please read the attached specification sheet enclosed. Please also add a notice about what is out of your knowledge field. We have first been thinking of milestones and gratification system. It should be similar than as followed: 1. Set up of website including link structure, content types, user experience points and tasks - 5% 2. Set up premium features and paid offers and payment systems - 5% 3. Website technical complete including all functions and features - 30% 4. Set up template: Design, graphics and all visuals - 30% 5. Testing phase, bug fixes and verification of all tasks and scripts - 30% This project will be our first base establishment on the internet. As this is our first version, version one, if all succeeds and goes as planned we will continue to work on a version two. The contracted, if wished, will then have the opportunity for the follow up projects. Projects which we plan for the future, as version two, three and so on. Please don’t post your bid if you have NO interest in follow up projects. Feel also free to ask for any extra explanation if questions come up.
