Hi there We are looking for someone who is familiar with the open source Asterisk software to provide a report on how we can use Asterisk for our needs. Here is what we want: We want to be able to create a hosted system that clients can access, so that we become a virtual PBX for them, along with a load of other services. We are not sure of how we go about doing it. What is involved in connecting Asterisk to the PSTN network and how many calls can come in through this network into Asterisk 2) We want to offer call recording, IVR, hunt groups and any other standard call centre type service via Asterisk and want to know what is included as standard and what needs to be built in 3) We are looking for someone who has implemented an Asterisk system previously but who has the knowledge of a large scale set up We require a report that shows: 1) What infrastructure we need to set up 2) What we need to do to build the software to manage hundreds or thousands of clients 3) What pitfalls there could be and what we need to look out for We would want a report to be put together to show us what we need to do next Any questions, just ask Thanks Ade
