Add % markup to column in .csv file(repost)

I have a .csv file that is generated by our Point of sale software. This csv file has multiple columns for products and descriptions as well as dates included in it. One of the columns is for price. I need someone to write an app that will change the price in that csv file. The app should work as described below: A csv file is output to a folder from our POS system. When the time stamp on that file changes, the app will wait 90 seconds, then open that file and change the price column to add a 10% price increase. then the app will output a new csv file as a different name. ## Deliverables I have attached an example of the csv file. * * *This broadcast message was sent to all bidders on Tuesday May 11, 2010 5:36:41 PM: I need this app to watch a csv file in a folder with other CSV files, then export the marked up csv to another folder. I need it to add a veriable % to the cost field. for example if the cost is $100 the new file will have a cost of $110 if we set the percent to "10%" if we can output to another folder, then i will not need the 90 Secound wait period, and the app can run everytime the source csv is changed. I would like this kicked off by the time stamp on the csv file. Let me know I NEED this working 100% no later then Friday. ## Platform This will run on a windows 2003 server.
