The best way to do this would probably not be throough subdomains becuase then it will too tedious for you . What you can consider is simple user account (username and password) and display sutom content for the user. This will be way easier to impelemt and for you to manage. i would definately recommend this for you from the point of user experience and would love to help you make a solution that is the best fit.
