I need a very small site created for a start up sports scouting firm. The site is really a service, and would not make money, so we are looking for small simple budget. 1. landing page would be creative with photos and about us information 2. there would be users who need to log in and see profiles. 3. The profiles would also have to be searchable to look for certain data 4. profiles are not members.. think of it more like a real estate site. the website administrator would enter profiles for subscribed members to view. 5. the profiles would have multiple photos, video links, and data information on background, etc. there would have to be the ability to import data and statistics to put on pages from other webpages 6. the data base would start small.. probably 50 profiles maximum but should be built for original capacity of 100 7. the website must be mobile optimized, key word optimized, and have a mailchimp attached
