Create mysql database & webservice

1> Create & setup Mysql Database which fields names I will provide you 2> Create webservice to write back & read from ipad device This will be activated if the user scans from his ipad camera his Identification Document (ID) which has a barcode containing the ID number and posted by to our offices for verification & together with a random password which be given from our company to view his important documents including statements in pdf formats & also key infomation as a text display to user...The infomation & documents will come from a feed or web service link to our internet database... This must be the users bank safe or personal infomation shared between the bank & the customer.. The info must be link to his ipad UDID .... The process of scaning ID & password must only be one time setup. The app must recognize this user & display his infomation every time he go on the app. Must have a auto update Must complete work within 7 days... I got a deadline
